Baby Yoga Workshop to benefit Capital Diaper Bank

Have you always wanted to know more about baby yoga, but never had the chance to learn? This class is for you!! Join us at Rainbow Station Wyndham to learn more about healthy and fun yoga techniques that will benefit the baby in your life.
The class will be taught by Rainbow Station's own in-house yoga instructor Julie Everett. Ms. Everett is an E-RYT 200 (Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher) with the Yoga Alliance and currently working on her 500 certification. She has studied many different forms of yoga and found that her true love for teaching lies in sharing yoga with children and infants. She studied with the Radiant Child Yoga program and also with Itsy Bitsy Yoga and bases the majority of her classes on their fundamental structure, always ensuring that the experience is fun and nurturing for the child. Ms. Julie enjoys leading classes through different stories and themes as she plays and explores the many things our bodies are capable of together. Our yoga is all about the children because after all, “children are fresh, wise, and radiant, and they are our trust in the future of our world.”
This class is appropriate for parents who would like to bring their babies with them (recommended for ages 0-2), and infant toddler teachers who want to eatrn professional development hours and learn some fun new skills to take back to the classroom. Babies are welcome to attend, but you do not have to bring a child with you to benefit from this class.
The best part; This class is FREE with a donation of a package of diapers to be given to the Capital Diaper Bank. All 4 Rainbow Station locations in the Richmond area will be launching a community-wide diaper drive to benefit the Capital Diaper Bank beginning February 1st. If you are unable to attend the class, but you would like to make a dontation of diapers or wipes to the Captial Diaper Bank, the following Rainbow Stations will be accepting donations until March 30th.
